Marble – metamorphic rock transformed from limestone or dolomite.
Main ingredients: calcite and dolomite.
Available thicknesses: 20 and 30 mm
Main advantages:
– conducts heat very well
– natural and ecological product with the possibility of recycling
Other features:
– less durability and hardness than granite
– higher water absorption than granite
– worse frost, acid and chemical resistance than granite
Application: fireplaces, stairs, window sills, floors, cladding, shelves.
